My invitation expired or the link doesn't work
Ask a team Admin to resend the invitation from Team Settings → Team.
I accepted my invite but don't see the team
Check the workspace switcher - your teamspace is separate from your personal workspace. Also make sure you signed in with the same email your invitation was sent to; signing in with a different Google or Apple account creates a separate Reve account that isn't on the team.
I'm a Viewer and the editing tools don't seem to work
Viewers can browse, download, copy, and share work, but can't create or edit. Some tools may be visible in the interface but won't produce output on a Viewer seat - improved messaging is coming. Ask an Admin to change your role if you need to create.
Why can't I edit a teammate's image?
Contributors can create new work and edit their own, but can't modify work owned by others. An Editor or Admin role is required to edit all teamspace work.
How does energy work on a team?
Your team shares one energy pool - 10M energy per seat, pooled together. Any member can draw from it; there are no per-member limits.
Can my team see my personal work?
No. Your personal workspace is private to you. Only work created in the teamspace is shared with your team.
What happens if I leave the team or I'm removed?
You won't have access to the team you were previously working in unless you are re-invited.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
You'll be redirected to our payment provider - Stripe after you click on Teams Plan under Team Settings in Reve. Canceling takes 30 days' notice.
