If you encounter issues logging in to your account, here are some common causes and fixes.
You had a Reve account but deleted it and wish to use that email to sign up again.
Generally, Reve cannot retrieve deleted accounts. If you need support accessing an account you think was deleted, please contact support@reve.com.
You created your account using your @gmail address but did so via Sign up with Google.
If you signed up with Google, entering your Gmail email address and password in the Reve sign in window will not work. You need to select Log in with Google and complete the Google sign-in flow.
You created your account via Sign up with Apple.
If you signed up via Apple, entering your email address and Apple password in the Reve sign in window will not work. You need to select Log in with Apple and complete the Apple sign-in flow.
You forgot your password.
Click Forgot password on the Reve sign in page and we'll send a reset link to your email. This only applies to accounts created with Sign up with email.
