Your Reve account has a few key details associated with it. Here's what you can and can't update right now.
- Reve login email: Reve does not support updating your account email at this time. We’re working on this soon.
- Account name: Reve does not currently support updating your account name.
- Your billing email: If you are a Pro subscriber or have purchased Boost Energy, you will have done so via Stripe. To update your billing email you can go to the Reve payment portal and update there. This will not change your log in email or password for Reve.
- Reve User ID: you may see this listed on your billing invoices. This is a fixed ID and cannot be change.
