You can delete your account any time.
Important: deleting and trying to restore your account cannot be used to reset or refresh your energy allocation. Deleting your account is permanent.
To delete
- Go to your Account tab in the app
- Select Delete my account at the bottom of the page
- If you’re sure you want to delete, click Delete
A few things to keep in mind
→ Deleting your account does not automatically delete all your data. Reve may retain some data in line with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
→ If you just want to stop payments, consider canceling your subscription instead. You'll keep access until the end of your billing cycle without being charged again
→ Having trouble logging in? If you signed up with Apple or Google, make sure you're using that same sign-in method. See here for more access troubleshooting steps. If you're still stuck, reach out to support@reve.com
