If you wish to request a refund for any of your Reve purchases, please submit your request via email to support@reve.com. Be sure to use the email address associated with your Reve account as we cannot discuss billing details unless you are the account holder.
Refunds will only be considered if you meet refund eligibility criteria, which include generating less than 10 images since your last Pro renewal date.
Refunds will not be issued for any account that is suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
