You can update your payment information at any time.
Through your Reve Pro account:
Navigate to your Account tab on Reve. If you have an active Pro subscription you’ll see Manage in the dropdown. Click here and select Update payment.
You'll be redirected to the Stripe portal, where you may be asked to log in. Once logged in to Stripe you’ll see the details of your current Reve subscription, including your next billing date and amount. Click the pencil icon beside your credit card details or select + Add payment method.
Directly via Stripe Portal
If your Reve Pro subscription is inactive or expired but you wish to update your payment details for future Reve purchases, you can do so directly via Reve’s Stripe portal here.
- Sign in using your Stripe email credentials
- A login confirmation email will be sent to your Stripe email
- Click ‘Log in to your customer portal’ within the email
- Click + Add payment method, enter your card details and click Save.
Please note, your Stripe login email may be different from your Reve account email. Reve cannot reset or change your Stripe login credentials.
